Our Goal
We want to make sure that no one is alone when dealing with difficult life circumstances, including physical health challenges, mental health challenges, caregiving challenges, and other difficult life events.
We Do
We develop peer based social networks to ensure that all individuals and families facing life’s challenges have a support system. We provide a space for people to tell their story, create meaning and purpose when facing difficult life events and, at the same time, learn from others.

The ability to connect with participants and build an online Support Community in a meaningful and powerful way using our tools.
Guided Storytelling
Telling your story is a really difficult task. This is why we have created Guided Storytelling, formatted from years of experience working with families at Ronald McDonald House Charities. This tool also includes text, video, and embedded images. This function facilitates story discovery, including search, viral social distribution, like, and comment; all adding to raising awareness and fighting stigma as well as helping fundraising goals for non-profits by creating a mem-type post ideal for Facebook and Instagram.
Mentor and Peer Matching
People are the most important aspect of any Support Community. We provide an automated, self-directed matching process. This feature will provide a space for your participants to give and get support from other participants. It is so important to utilize every non-profits greatest resource, their community. Non-profits will be able to tag their own trained Mentors or connect them with another non-profit mentors through a partnership.
Communication Tools
While we provide forums, including message boards and a Q and A platform, we go a step further. We provide tools for chat, VOIP, Video Call, HIPPA compliant platform, all for 1-1 and Group communication. This way, participants will not have to leave your platform to have rich direct communication.
Resource Page
Finding resources during a time of crisis is extremely difficult, let alone finding resources that have been proven to be beneficial in the past. We provide a resource matching function that allows participants and non-profits to up vote the best resources. This serves two purposes; makes resources easy to find for participants and drive users to specific non-profits that can provide support. Resources include academic research/information, financial resources, access to health (physical and psychological) services/referrals both on platform and in person, and access to non-profit trained mentors.
Fundraising
Fundraising is at the heart of all non-profits; without it, services would be much more limited. We have incorporated fundraising tools into all facets of our platform, especially those that utilize other social media platforms. We focus on utilizing story content and viral campaigns to increase awareness about your non-profit goals and accomplishments. We also provide tools for the families that you serve to run fundraising campaigns to both their social network and their work networks. Support Community is also focused on increasing the engagement of your volunteer community by providing them a platform to reach an unprecedented amount of people. Let’s grow together.
